What We Fabricate

Custom Millwork & Wood Fabrication

We craft everything from trim and panels to full reception desks, wall units, staircases, and architectural woodwork. Our work blends historical accuracy, premium finishes, and structural durability. We create Shop Drawings showing full size details, and all joinery. All repairs in historic work can be detailed, whether for a single room, or large building with dozens of rooms.

Metal Fabrication & Bronze Work

Our in-house metal fabrication capabilities include bronze, stainless steel, iron and aluminum. . We fabricate balustrades, custom hardware for monumental doors, signage, steel frames, and structural supports — all with competent AWI-level or better joinery and finishing. Mortise and tenon joinery available for all fabrication, especially for oversize doors and historic replication projects. Custom metal casting in sand or investment lost-wax casting, milling, brake-forming and shearing in all metals are performed with dispatch.

Architectural Reproductions & Sculpture Fabrication

We specialize in reproducing missing or damaged architectural elements and fabricating sculptural pieces in wood, fiberglass, or metal. From art installations to architectural details, each piece is crafted to integrate seamlessly with the design intent. Prominent Artists employ Olek to fabricate sculptural concepts rendered fully in Drawings in AutoCAD or Rhino, or from maquettes without drawings. Artists and other clients rely on us to respect their confidential designs.

Structural Steel Framing

We fabricate custom structural pergolas, small steel buildings, and public installations. All steelwork is done in-house by NYS & NJ DOT or AWS-Certified welders.

In-House Equipment & Skilled Craftsmanship

Our 20,000 sq. ft. workshop in New Jersey is equipped with CNC routers, milling machines, abrasive sanders and planers, edge bander, welding bays, and dedicated finishing rooms — allowing us to oversee quality from design through installation. Every piece is built by skilled craftsmen, artisans, metalworkers, and machinists with decades of hands-on experience.

Collaboration from Design to Execution

We partner with architects and interior designers at every stage of the project, offering expert consultation to develop specifications, architectural drawings, and fabrication plans. Our collaborative approach ensures that every design is both buildable and beautifully executed. Our Shop Drawings are created in-house, by Architects or draftsmen familiar with your project, and who will coordinate work on-site by others, and oversee fabrication through delivery and installation.
